Only Photoshop CS and up? _Updated

That's all I have under this account, but.

lifebtb got me chasing a program called abrViewer, an open source project that'll allow you to view photoshop brushes. With a bit of know-how pertaining to your graphics program of choice you should be able to figure out a conversion system.

Also, lifebtb knows about GIMP conversion of brushes, so if you're using this sophisticated open source (free) program you can have a chat to him or check out the tutorial he sent me a link for.

And! the very kind noizart has mentioned the possibility of downgrading brushes a version for you folk still on 7. So if there's a need for backwardness he's the dude you want ta speak to. Be nice. Give him Russian cigars.

Update 2010: I have tried a few of these brushes in more recent versions of Photoshop and they seem to work fine.
